Launching Templates and Teams

Josephine Vilsgaard

We built Pandektes to handle the kind of legal research that used to take hours. Today, we’re introducing two new features that extend that promise to how legal teams work together: Templates and Teams.

Templates: structured research workflows, ready in seconds

Say you want to analyse the potential impact of an upcoming piece of legislation on one of your clients. Historically, that means pulling together relevant case law, locating the legislative proposals, mapping out the affected areas, and building a structured overview from scratch every single time.

With Templates, you can do all of that within a click of a mouse.

Templates let you pull all of your documents and legislative proposals into a pre-built research framework. The result is an immediate, comprehensive overview of how a client would be impacted by upcoming legislative changes, saving hours of work without compromising the depth of analysis.

Templates are flexible, customizable, and can be tailored to any legal task. Whether you’re monitoring regulatory change, conducting due diligence, or building a client-ready analysis, you can configure a template to match your existing workflow and apply it consistently across every matter. We developed the initial template library in close collaboration with our users, and the most frequently requested workflows are available from day one.

Teams: access management that works for law firms

Legal work is inherently collaborative, and access management in law firms is a real operational challenge. Teams gives you a clean, straightforward way to manage who has access to what within your Pandektes workspace. You can group users into teams, assign templates and resources at the team level, and maintain the clear access boundaries that law firms require. Everything is manageable directly through the platform, with no IT overhead and no manual configuration.

Together, Templates and Teams represent a significant step forward in how legal professionals can use Pandektes, not just for individual research tasks, but for firm-wide legal workflows.
