Pandektes welcomes Caroline, Morten, Olivia, and Mira

Four new faces at Pandektes 👋
The team just got bigger and we've made some quick intros below.
Caroline
Caroline brings experience from multiple early-stage startups spanning both climate tech and AI, where she has helped drive commercial growth. She thrives in fast-moving environments and brings a natural curiosity for how emerging technologies can change the way industries work - a mindset that fits perfectly into how Pandektes is changing the way legal professionals access and use information.
Outside work Caroline enjoys traveling, a good sauna steam session and doing pilates.
Morten
Morten comes from Palantir, where he spent several years leading product teams and served as the lead backend developer on one of their main offerings. His time there also included working directly with clients, giving him a rare perspective on both sides of the product equation.
Morten cares deeply about engineering craft - writing code that is clear, understandable, and doesn't break. He has been responsible for data integrations where failure simply wasn't an option, and that discipline shows in everything he builds. We have already seen the quality and thoughtfulness that Morten brings to the team, and there is no doubt that our product and all our users will benefit immensely from him joining us.
Outside of work, Morten enjoys board games and pub quizzes with friends, spends a little too much time playing chess on his phone, and has recently gotten into triathlon training.
Olivia
Olivia initially started out studying law before deciding to switch to business administration after two years. Her strengths lie in her attention to detail and structured way of thinking. Alongside her studies, she gained experience in operations, data analysis, and process optimization at companies such as Riverty and SAP.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, playing the piano, and following Formula 1. She’s also currently being kept on her toes by her Duolingo streak while learning Danish.
Mira
Alongside her role with us, Mira is currently studying law at the University of Copenhagen, bringing a strong academic foundation and sharp legal insight into her work.
Outside of work, Mira enjoys reading and exploring her creative side, bringing the same curiosity and thoughtful approach to her personal interests as she does to her professional work. We’re excited to have her on the team and look forward to her continued contributions to the legal sources database.
